The Process

STAGE 1
Submission to Nominee

Participation: All registered participants are allowed to submit multiple entries in multiple categories with the entry fee or AED 2,000 / entry

Initial Review and Scoring: Each submission is thoroughly reviewed and scored independently by our judges based on specific criteria.

Display on Website: Entries that achieve an average score of 5.0 or higher will be displayed on our website as a nominee.

Nominee Status: Achieving a nominee status is a testament to the project's excellence as recognised by our judges. It highlights the project's context and quality.

Entry Fee: A non-refundable fee of AED 2,000 is charged for each submission.

STAGE 2
Nominee to Finalist

Selection of Finalists: Top scoring Entries from each industry that will be considered as possible finalists.

A dedicated team of judges assesses the top nominees, shortlisting finalists for the jury session.

Finalist Fee: Shortlisted entries will be contacted and must pay a non-refundable fee of AED 3,500, which includes Finalist title, judging for the Awards, a Finalist plaque, and a trophy if a Gold, Silver, or Bronze award is won, along with unlimited rights to use all awarded titles.

Finalist Announcement: Confirmed finalists will then be moved to the final round.

STAGE 3
Finalist to Winner

Final Jury Deliberation

Selection of Winners: In the conclusive jury session, judges collectively select the Gold, Silver, and Bronze winners from the finalist entries.

Independent and Impartial: All jury decisions are reached by majority vote and remain independent of the organisers. Judges are committed to impartial evaluation and maintain strict confidentiality, abstaining from voting on projects with personal or organisational involvement.

Term Limits: Judges can serve a maximum of two terms, while jury chairpersons may hold their position for up to four terms.
