Entries are open to universities, students, agencies/brands, and government entities with products designed for or used in the MENA region.

The XDA features a range of industries including Healthcare, E-Commerce, Banking, Education, Automotive, New Tech (VR, Metaverse), Software, Hospitality, Lifestyle, Sustainability, Startups & New Products, and Government Services.

We have four main categories: Product Design, Exceptional Service Design, and Innovative Phygital Experience Design.

No, during the submission process, we will clearly highlight the ‘public’ and ‘judges only’ information areas. Information intended for judges will not be made public and our judges are also bound by copyrights and confidentiality regulations Private information will only be used as additional information for your entry’s evaluation.

Yes, entrants are welcome to submit their work in multiple categories if they feel their project fits more than one category.

All fees are non-refundable since each entry goes through our evaluation process and the time of judges is also considered in the process. We will send you the response or comments our judges might have included via the email.

Yes, you can create a new entry and highlight the parts that you want the judges to focus on or any additional / supporting information that might be helpful.

Each industry and category will have three levels of awards: Gold, Silver, and Bronze.

To enter, you need to register on our website to create a profile. Once registered, you can submit your work by completing the entry form and paying the entry fee online.
